Leaving Care & Leaving Foster Care
Stepping Out specialise in supporting for young people leaving care, and also young people leaving foster care. Our semi independent living projects offer unlimited in-house support, thanks to qualified and experienced staff being on-site for 24 hours a day.
The projects are operated to accommodate those whom display challenging behaviour, Sexually Harmful Behaviour, Drug & alcohol abuse, sexualised behaviour, learning disabilities, Autism and other high support need conditions. Our projects are usually gender and age specific, each project specialises with accommodating and supporting different client groups, so that we can concentrate on producing positive outcomes.
As well as supporting young people with high support needs,our projects are suitable for all types of young people leaving care, care homes, or leaving foster care. We have vast experience in dealing with all types of service users, and we are always confident f being able to help them reach independence.
